ATLANTA (July 16, 2018) – Tickets for the highly anticipated 2018 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game featuring No. 7 Washington vs. No. 8 Auburn are now available as part of a limited public sale. Kickoff for the projected top-10 matchup is slated for 3:30 p.m. ET on Sept. 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
“According to ESPN, no college football game in week one matters more to the College Football Playoff race than this one,” said Gary Stokan, Peach Bowl, Inc. CEO and president. “With two top-10 teams, two top-10 quarterbacks and two top-ranked defenses, this game will certainly have the attention of the College Football Playoff Selection Committee.”
This rare public sale includes three options for fans to purchase:
Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game Only Option: A limited number of tickets in great locations for the 2018 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game are now available. Tickets start at just $100 for Upper Level seats and at $225 for both Mezzanine and the few remaining Lower Level seats.
Semifinal Guarantee Option: Purchase tickets to both the 2018 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game and the 2018 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, and secure seats for the 2019 College Football Playoff Semifinal in Atlanta. Packages start at $225.
All-Inclusive VIP Option: All-inclusive 50-yardline seats with AMG Lounge (110C) or SunTrust Club (128C) access to all-you-can-eat food and beverage before and throughout the game. Tickets are $500.
The 2018 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game will mark the first-ever meeting between Washington and Auburn on the gridiron. This year’s game will also represent the first-ever Pac-12 vs. SEC matchup in the history of the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game.
Since its creation in 2008, the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game has sold out 10 of its 13 contests and averages more than 68,887 fans for each game – higher than 36 bowl games from last year.
